Program
from 10.30 am: a warm welcome
Arrive at your own pace; coffee and tea will be ready. If you'd like, you can play an icebreaker game with Ani (she/her) and Dirk (he/him). This way, you can meet other participants and relax..
from 10.30 am to 13pm: Hair salon is open!
Come get the haircut of your dreams for free from the skilled hands of Jill (she/her) from “Klapsalon!”
11:30 am: How do I tell grandma I'm taking hormones?
"How do I explain this?" is a question that keeps coming up in the lives of gender-diverse people and their loved ones. Carol (she/her) and Lena (she/her or they/them) learned a lot about this in the support groups. They playfully demonstrate different approaches. Feel free to join in the conversation.
12.30 pm Lunch
Free plant-based lunch in the cafeteria.

Aikido is much more than a self-defense technique. It helps you find your balance and handle others' energy with ease. Perfect for gender-diverse people! Kevin Hallaert (he/him) from the “Kintsugi Aikido School” gives a demonstration, open to everyone.
